How do I place an order?
We currently sell online via Etsy, a handmade marketplace created by some pretty crafty folk in Brooklyn, NY. You can see what we currently have in stock here: http://oishiiknits.etsy.com
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via Paypal in our online store. We also accept credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover - for those who don't want to use Paypal. We do not accept money orders or personal checks at this time (sorry!)
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Absolutely! We love gift wrapping almost as much as we love crafting our knits. Let us know if there is a specific color of wrap that you would like and we will take care of the rest. We are also happy to include a handwritten note - just let us know what you want to say and we will use our best penmanship. We will also happyily ship the gift directly to to the recipient.
Do you offer gift cards?
We do! And they are pretty snazzy... each gift card is one of a kind and ships in a lovely little gift box. Gift cards are available in $25 increments.
What shipping methods do you use?
We ship Priority Mail - free of charge - for our domestic customers in the continental U.S.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico?
Indeed we do, however shipping rates and delivery times are slightly higher and longer than for destinations in the continental U.S.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to any country the US Postal Service will deliver to. We ship International Priority to all international destinations. Rates will be shown during check out.
When will my order ship?
All items will be shipped within 10-14 days of your purchase. Domestic shipping takes 2-5 working days, international takes 7-10 working days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email including your tracking number. You can track your package online at http://www.usps.com
How do I care for my Oishii?
We pride ourselves on offering delicious, all-natural goodies that are easy to care for. For most of our knits, we recommend that you machine wash cold on gentle and place your Oishii in a garment bag. Reshape and lay flat to dry. If you want to ensure your heirloom knit lasts as long as you do, hand wash gently with cold water and a mild detergent, roll in a towel to remove excess moisture (do not wring!), and lay flat to dry in a shaded location. We suggest you toss your Oishii in the dryer once it is completely dry on fluff to return it to it's maximum yummy softness!
What is your return policy?
All items are carefully inspected before they are bundled up and shipped off to you. However, if you get your item and find it's not quite what you expected I am happy to exchange it for another item or store credit. Just send me a message to let me know what's not working for you, ship the item back to us. Once we receive the original item (in new and unused condition, of course) we will ship out your new goody or send you a store credit via email. Store credit is good for 12 months and can be applied toward any item in the shop or used toward a custom order.
